The Sunday Football League is a semi-professional football league held twice a year, featuring a unique mix of league and knockout formats across 8-a-side, 7-a-side, and 5-a-side tournaments. The competition spans multiple categories including Open, Youth Championships, and the Co-Ed Equality Cup, making it one of the most inclusive and dynamic football leagues in the ecosystem.
