PickleCo is a newly opened recreational pickleball facility in Nagpur, created with the ambition to become a premium destination for the city’s growing pickleball community. When they approached us, the challenge wasn’t growth — it was identity. The facility was new, and the brand needed to be built from zero.

Our role was to shape PickleCo from the ground up.

We began with in-depth market and audience research — studying the local sports culture, the rise of pickleball, and what would make a new facility feel credible, aspirational, and premium from day one. This research led to the creation of a complete brand identity, including brand colors, typography, logo, and visual language — designed to feel modern, energetic, and polished.

Once the identity was defined, the focus shifted to creating buzz in the market.

We planned and executed personalized launch-focused campaigns tailored specifically for Nagpur, ensuring that PickleCo didn’t just open its doors, but entered the market with presence and recall. These campaigns translated the brand identity into real-world excitement — both on-ground and digitally.

At the same time, we integrated social media marketing, aligning content with specific goals such as awareness, discovery, and early community building. Every strategy was personalized — ensuring consistency in brand voice while adapting execution to different formats and platforms.

At the time, there were very few pickleball facilities in the city. Through personalized launch campaigns, we helped draw focused attention to PickleCo — not just as a facility, but as a category-defining brand. As the sport gained momentum, more facilities began entering the market, and we’re proud to say that our work with PickleCo played a small but meaningful role in accelerating awareness and interest around pickleball in the region.

PickleCo already had an in-house team in place. Our responsibility was to provide the strategic foundation and initial push — establishing the brand’s premium look, feel, and direction, which the internal team could confidently scale forward.

The result is a newly launched facility that doesn’t feel new — but established, premium, and thoughtfully positionedwithin its community.
